Lisa grew up in Maryland and has always had a strong interest in science and healthcare. She obtained her Associate’s degree and veterinary technician certification, and later pursued a Biology degree with a concentration in pre-veterinary medicine. She worked in veterinary medicine for five years, gaining hands-on clinical experience and developing a strong foundation in patient care.
After that time, she decided to broaden her professional experience and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Management. She worked as an office manager, where she strengthened her leadership, organizational, and operational skills. Eventually, she felt called back to healthcare and transitioned into human medical settings, where she now combines her clinical background, administrative experience, and passion for patient-centered care.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Management with a concentration in healthcare.
She has over five years of hands-on clinical experience in veterinary medicine, along with formal education in biology and healthcare. She also holds a veterinary technician certification and Associate’s degree. Her background in both medical and administrative roles — including serving as an office manager — has equipped her with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of patient-centered care. Transitioning into human healthcare has allowed her to combine her clinical foundation with compassionate patient support and efficient practice operations.

Lisa loves working here because she loves being part of a team that truly values whole-person care. It’s meaningful for her to work in an environment where patients are treated with compassion, intention, and respect. She appreciates that the team takes the time to listen and create individualized care experiences, and she is proud to contribute to a practice that prioritizes both healing and human connection.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and her fur babies. Animals have always been a big part of her life, and she especially enjoys training her service dog in training. She also loves to read, stay active, and spend time outdoors. Dance and horseback riding are two activities that bring her a lot of joy and balance. She values connection, growth, and making meaningful memories with the people and animals she loves.
