Position Overview

We're a growth-minded acupuncture practice looking for an experienced, licensed acupuncturist to join our team in Frederick. This is a practice built on one-on-one care: every patient gets real time, a personalized plan, and a provider who treats the root cause, not just the symptom. You'll work with a diverse group of patients, from those managing chronic pain to complex, long-standing conditions that conventional medicine often overlooks. You'll have access to ongoing training and professional development, and the flexibility to build a practice you're proud of.

What We're Looking For

A full-time, licensed acupuncturist in Maryland who is comfortable treating a wide range of patients and conditions. Some clinical experience is preferred but not required — what matters most is a genuine commitment to patient care, strong communication skills, and a willingness to keep learning. You should be comfortable working independently while still being a true team player.
